Grace Care Team
The Grace Care Team are responsible for managing and coordinating the Care4Community and Care Fund services as needs arise within the church/local community. Neither members on this team nor carers in the Care4Community service aim to replace existing professional services and will refer on as necessary.
Care4Community + Care Fund
One of the distinctives of Christians in community with one another is that they pursue the glory of God by both giving generously to those in need and allowing others to give generously to them in their need.
We won’t always have the capacity to be generous (at least in every way), but we can often be generous in at least some ways. Similarly, we won’t always be needy (at least in every way), but we will often be needy in at least some ways.
Let’s give generously and humbly share our needs, to build up our brothers and sisters and in turn be light and salt those around us who are yet to know Him, to the glory of God the Father.
