How do I access Grace’s Elvanto?

ON YOUR Phone

  • Download the app for Android or Apple

  • Login using your email address. This should be the same address where you receive Grace emails.

ON YOUR COMPUTER

  • Visit our Elvanto page

  • Login using your username. This is usually formatted “firstname.lastname” e.g. joe.bloggs

How do I check when I am serving next?

  • Click Roster. You may need to click the menu icon for Roster to display.

  • Your future serving dates will appear in the left hand sidebar.

What should I do if I am unavailable for a scheduled date?

  • Under Roster, click the service you are not available for.

  • Find your name under the volunteer list and click the red X.

  • Give a reason for your unavailability and click Submit.

  • Please also inform your team leader so that they can help you organise a replacement.

How do I submit my unavailability?

  • Hover over Calendar and click Unavailability Dates.

  • Enter the dates and reason for your unavailability then click Submit.
