Grace Care Team
Responsible for:
Matching care volunteers with the cared for, and other logistical organisation and management of the Care4Community and Care Fund services.
Commit to:
Being models of PEACE:
P – Pray for and with others (James 5:16-17)
E – Encourage others (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
A – be Available to help others (Ecclesiastes 4:10)
C – Comfort (2 Corinthians 1:3-4) and Care (Ephesians 4:32) for others
E – set an Example to others (1 Timothy 4:12)Monthly meetings and periodic training sessions
Report to:
Grace Care Team members will be appointed by the church elders from those who express interest using the form below. Ongoing training, care and supervision from the elders will be provided to all team members.
