Song Leaders

Some instructions about how to use Elvanto to plan your songs for the service.

Choosing songs

1. Login to Elvanto and click Roster and find the service you want to plan for.

2. Click the Edit button

3. Click the Plan tab.

4. Click the item you wish to change (e.g. Song (1)).

5. Click the Add Song button under Linked Song.

6. Find your song then click the Add button.

   • To get accurate info about songs sung at your service:

     • Click the Last Time Used dropdown box and choose your Type, then click the Filter dropdown box and choose the your Category.

7. Choose the key in the drop down box.

8. Repeat steps 4-6 for all remaining songs.

Adding a chord chart in a different key

1. Go to your Admin Area and click Songs.

2. Click the Arrangement you want (usually Standard Arrangement) then the Files tab.

3. Click the Add File button.

4. Click I want to import a chord chart from SongSelect®.

   • If there is not chord chart on SongSelect, feel free to click I want to upload a file from my computer instead.

5. Choose the Chord Chart Key you want in the dropdown box and name the chart (usually the key name but use whatever you want).

6. Click Save. You should now be able to choose that key when planning songs for services.

Sending songs

• All musicians should be able to find the songs and charts you’ve chosen when they login to Elvanto and click Roster.
